Buying Agent
When you initially instruct us there is an advance retainer fee which is deducted from the final fee. If you decide to discontinue the search then there is no further fee payable. A final fee based on the percentage of the purchase price is payable when you have successfully exchanged contracts for the purchase of the property. For rental properties we charge a percentage of the annual rent. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
Selling Agent
There is no fee to instruct us and we arrange your EPC and sales brochure. We market your property and arrange and attend viewings. We vet prospective buyers and negotiate the sale price on your behalf. We liaise with your conveyancer to keep you updated. We charge 1% of the sales price achieved on exchange of contracts.
